As other people’s finances are at stake, these essential qualities are as important now as they’ve always been. We’ll naturally want to get to know you, though not in an intrusive way, so that we can properly assess your current and future financial needs. It’ll be a discussion, actual or virtual, not an interview!

We’ll aim to give clear explanations that help you understand the financial choices you face. Changes to ISA rules and pensions, for instance, mean more freedom of choice, but more scope to make bad choices if the implications aren’t fully understood. As we’re part of the UK’s biggest adviser network, our adviser training and ongoing development provide outstanding client relationship skills and keep product knowledge up-to-date.
